John LeppJohn Lepp – John was the Senior Art Director at Stephen Thomas, one of Canada’s top direct response and fundraising agencies, where he collaborated with some of fundraising's top minds, developing creative direct mail and fundraising.

Producing a wide array of direct response creative for diverse clients and audiences for five years, John perfected the art of making 'great' direct mail. Never satisfied with "good enough", John pushed the boundaries using the latest production techniques, analyzing data to communicate more directly to each donor, and working with writers to create some of the best direct marketing to donors in Canada.

In the years since then he has continued developing concepts and designing winning direct mail, logos and identity programs, posters, brochures, websites, advertisements, legacy brochures and prospect pieces for charities.

Countless successful projects later, Idea Design's past and present list of happy clients runs the gamut from small to large charities across North America and the world.

For the last year and a half, John has also been developing his weekly blog that focuses on fundraising and how to charities can communicate more effectively with their donors.
